Keep it up and keep the miles coming!

Keep it up.  It is fun to workout with so many enthusiastic people each week!

I know cold and windy days can appear as foreboding enemies while our warm houses and busy schedules lure us into sedentary places, but stay strong this winter.  Try to embrace January a bit more, with the hope of spring approaching.

In addition to our Miles of Fun and Fitness, we have many great wellness events ahead- bike trip, canoe excursion, hiking and 5k’s to run.  Plus, the ever popular Max Move around the lake.  More details on the way.

The following are stories or some motivational messages from our colleagues to get you out in the cold or to come and workout in the gym: 

“Walked outside at 5:45 this morning! 5 degrees! Brrrr. I was so bundled up, I could have knocked off a 7-11! I missed my exercise partner, though.” --- Cory Barnes
