Fitness Center Classes and Hours





Class Descriptions:

Cardio Sprint – Dana N.:
Get your heart pumping and improve your speed by joining us for sprints every Wednesday. Workouts will be catered to your fitness and ability. Most of our training will be performed on grass and through the woods. Your success is guaranteed.

Indoor Cycling – Sandi A, Natalie H. and Jill G.:
Experience one of the best cardio workouts ever! Ride combination profiles of hills, flats, standing hills, and sprints to music. All fitness levels can ride. Indoor cycling workouts enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike resistance.  Bring a water bottle.

Yoga -  Sam B:
Enjoy a workout of strengthening, lengthening and balancing poses in a fluid moving workout. We will also gain the benefits of relaxation, stress reduction and mental focus. 

Circuits - Janet J:
Join us for a FUN exercise class with a lot of variety.  We won’t let you get bored!  This class will combine cardio and strength training.   Occasionally we will use a fitness DVD to follow. 

Boot Camp – Sandi A:
Time to enlist!  This class is designed to be different every time and to push you harder than you would push yourself.  It will consist primarily of a cardio based warm up followed by body weight exercises that will make you sweat.  We want you to have fun but also to make you work hard.

Outdoor Hiking – Maureen L:
Meet in the Fitness Center Lobby for a nice outdoor hike. You choose how long you want to go. Enjoy the fresh air and beauty of nature!

Cross Fit – Nicole H:

Meet at the doors to the Weight Room.  This workout will make you stronger, faster and tougher.  Every workout is a new challenge and a fun way to get fit quickly.

Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
 Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
