Dear Faculty and Staff,
We are once again organizing
a fitness program for all adults on campus. This year it is call Acceleration,
running from September 22-May 15.
Here's how it works:
1. Choose the number of miles you want to accomplish by May
15. Use the attached conversion chart which includes all forms of exercise, if
you do not run or walk. For example, if you want to move 15 miles a week, your
goal will be 525 (15 miles a week x 35 weeks).
2. Email me your goal, and we will create a graph, tracking
your miles for the year. This graph will be on our blog and in the fitness
center.
3. Sign up with a friend, spouse, coworker if you want.
4. Email your miles to Johnnes Tulungen each Sunday.
5. Your reward if you accomplish
your goal? Deep satisfaction, a $25.00 gift certificate to your favorite Culver
restaurant and a $25.00 gift to the charity of your choice in Culver.
